Wine Making

This class will cover all the basics to get you started in making your own wine at home. This is not a wine tasting class. We will cover topics such as grape varieties, units of measurement, supplies, equipment, storage vessels, cleaning/sanitizing, racking/bottling, making personalized labels, and the processing of your wine. The class will study wines made from kits and juice. Making wine from grapes will be covered in the advanced class. Within six weeks, you could be drinking your first homemade wine! The instructor for the class is Frank Renaldi. He makes wine from kits, juice, and grapes. He has attended seminars locally and in Napa Valley. His knowledge and passion of wine making will help you become a successful home winemaker. Frank teaches his class from the basics and builds up your skill level as he covers each topic.

The class will consist of two, four hour sessions running on consecutive Saturdays from 10AM-2PM. The dates for the class will be Saturday, April 7th and Saturday, April 14th.
